We manufacture RF coils with 4/40 through 10/32 threaded cores. We are capable of manufacturing the following RF coils.
Univeral WindingsWe can produce any number of different types and styles of universal type windings.
Universal windings are usually used to increase the Q, minimize dielectric losses, and reduce distributed capacitance. These coils are self-supporting and do not require a flanged bobbin. They are wound in an arrangement that the voltage between adjacent turns is reduced without the use of layer insulation. However, they are only wound on round coil forms.
